The culture is very toxic. I has my fair share of cut throat colleagues, inexperienced managers who have lack of leadership skills, micromanagement. There is lack of trust in leadership. Company does not award the employees for staying long, where they have limited increease in pay year over year. It also feels like they are prioritizing making profit over its people...Read More
