Former Employee There appears to be an overemphasis on documenting “outcomes” and producing internal reports rather than focusing on meaningful work and customer impact. A large portion of time and resources is spent on internal reporting activities instead of driving value for customers.
While many initiatives are positioned as “customer-obsessed,” the actual execution often prioritizes optics over measurable customer outcomes — leading to limited tangible value and inefficient use of company investments.
Additionally, the current sales approach tends to focus heavily on leveraging funding mechanisms as the main value proposition. This may win short-term opportunities but does not build sustainable relationships or demonstrate strong value-based selling.
