Big tech compensation model which is salary and RSU heavy. Most reps are landing close to or over achieving quota. Most roles will have runway book of business and variable pays on consumption. Kind of a cluster. Was selling to ISVs that are already spending with AWS. Really difficult to figure out how to generate new business when the AE is already engaged with the account.
