A machine that could work well if everyone wasn't pressured to innovate, which turns into way too many things cooking and nothing being perfected which shows in the market. Managers are predators once moved into mgr role - used to be collaborative environment is now an arena for sparring for favor and avoiding being pipped.

Moved to an older sales part of the organization. Great leaders on paper, but many lack EQ. A lot of fire alarms take time away from customer engagements. Lack of investment in sales intelligence tools makes managing 300+ accounts very difficult. It is great pay, but it is very easy to reach burnout.
