I think reps at AWS are noticeably less happy with their territories, sales plans, and leadership. Leadership is clueless, managed by people who have ridden the growth wave, and have no idea how to build a real sales organization now that things are getting competitive from other hyperscalers, or platforms like Snowflake/Databricks in the cloud. The culture has been pretty solid. Most people are happy but it's manager dependent. One thing I'm not a fan of is the promotion process. You have to write a document to justify your promotion and have others write for you as well then have it reviewed. It's pretty awkward and humiliating
