AWS is still an incredible company, but compensation is declining every year. Smaller SPIFs, bigger quotas and worse consequence for being under quota. Great company, the best product and constantly innovating, just becoming a little too arrogant towards their people, and with no change it will bite.

Was great leading up to and around COVID. Was challenging to jump to different markets and verticals. After several years of strong performance, management made it challenging to move to a different team and different accounts. Best way to get to enterprise is to grow accounts organically over years.
