AWS is still an incredible company, but compensation is declining every year. Smaller SPIFs, bigger quotas and worse consequence for being under quota. Great company, the best product and constantly innovating, just becoming a little too arrogant towards their people, and with no change it will bite.

No loyalty to their employees and do not practice their own Leadership principles. They are not customer obsessed nor do they strive to be earths best employer. Very screwed up company.

High achieving team focused on meeting quota goals. Can be long hours and very fast paced.
