You have to write a document to justify your promotion and have others write for you as well then have it reviewed. It's pretty awkward and humiliating

Current Employee3.0Feb 22, 2024SMB is a disaster. Leadership has no experience actually selling in this space and is so disconnected from the actual day to day realities. If I were to do it over I’d only go for Enterprise roles, trust me.
