Excellent company to work for, build a resume, and make decent / regular $$$. Quota attainment is high, sales cycles are long (12/18 months on my segment). AWS will make you regular and high amount of $, but caps incentives at 5x the variable. Also, RSU is extremely interesting.

Terrific place to work. Strong leadership, strong product/market fit. Room to improve cross-Amazon collaboration for Account Exec's and customer-facing teams, but overall great sales org.
