AWS has an incredible brand with enterprises, government and start-ups all having a desire to use AWS services. In the recent AI hyper growth, AWS is seeing much more demand, but the ability to close is stagnating. Moved to an older sales part of the organization. Great leaders on paper, but many lack EQ. A lot of fire alarms take time away from customer engagements. Lack of investment in sales intelligence tools makes managing 300+ accounts very difficult. It is great pay, but it is very easy to reach burnout.
