In EMEA there is a lot of competition in the Enterprise segment with MSFT but you can still find big migrations and projects. Love the culture of Amazon but management of AWS are not really inspiring leaders. Great company to learn about the entire IT ecosystem and grow from there. Not very stable as layoffs happen every 2 years. Great if you work for startups or ISVs.

Sales team is consistently meeting high quota targets Each next year targets get raised minimum 20%. On multi million dollar targets this becomes challenging. It’s hard to sustain past 4 years but good while it lasts
