My overall experience has been OK—love hate relationship. I appreciate the LPs and culture Amazon tries to create, but AWS is hugely lacking structure and organization needed to be efficient and effective in sales.

Great but than the layoff hit Madrid hub , the cloud basically sell itself but pushing and winning new projets is challenging but feasible. Great brand recognition
