Customers trust the AWS brand and working in greenfield enterprise was exciting and rewarding. However, AWS is going through a transformation in it's culture, which is moving away from their peculiar nature and morphing into a metrics based org. Salaries have remained stagnant in the last 2-3 years.

The level of innovation customers can perform with AWS services keeps this job extremely engaging and interesting. There's a ton of noise to tune out because everyone has a growth project to be promoted from L5 to L6. Besides that, this place is an awesome spot to be in.
