Ambiguous and ability for you to take ownership of your business. Not for everyone. Roll your sleeps up and figure it out. Don’t like trailblazing? Find somewhere else to sell where things are easier and “out of the box”. Don’t expect to learn about sales culture here either, it’s the Wild West.
