Reviewing an Enterprise Field Seller role for 'install' accounts. AWS has been a good place to work the past 5+ years. Lots of talent, bright minds and hard workers. In 2024 there was a re-org and territories are no longer geo-based. Quota was set too high, a majority of spifs were removed and genAI was over indexed.
