I enjoy working here. People are switched on and politics are minimal. As usual your earning potential will depend on the level you land at, how you negotiate and the accounts you get. It’s possible to make a lot but they have been cutting back on rates, SPIFs etc.

Overall experience with AWS is great. The customers respect you and value your opinion. Less about selling deals for end of month and closing a bunch of contracts (except if its ProServe) and more about driving consumption of services.
