Its a decent company, some things could be better, especially the 5 day RTO is bad. Comoensation is decent, product is ok, AI needs some work. Overall, if they fix AI, we have a winner. Sales culture needs some work, like they do not have P-club, sales ops oa garbage, comoensation is hard to understand and changes a lot.

Good company to work for. Too much bureaucracy internally which slows deals down and often blocks them. Poor internal sales productivity.
