There is a huge lack of transparency when it comes to changes that affect compensation, professional development within the company, laysoff and structural changes. Compensation is extremely different (up until 20%) among peers doing the same job. Company is not proviging any perks, such as: lunch, commute, offsites, etc Flexibility is definitely a plus, as well as work/life balance. Company culture is designed to avoid micro-management which is highly appreciated.
