Being the 800 lbs gorilla of cloud has its perks. Customers are always willing to pick up the phone when you call. Unfortunately the culture of AWS is brutal. Nobody has time to help a colleague learn the ropes... Very sink or swim mentality.

Overall I had a great experience at AWS. The org I was in had a great culture and the sales teams were very talented and supportive. I enjoyed everyone I worked with and the variety of companies you interact with week to week.
