My experience was generally positive, AWS is great at finding the work you love and giving you more of that work than you can imagine. As you would expect that is a double edged sword at 45 years old I can honestly say I’ve never worked this hard, this much, felt so much pressure or missed so much personal life. Overall experience with AWS is great. The customers respect you and value your opinion. Less about selling deals for end of month and closing a bunch of contracts (except if its ProServe) and more about driving consumption of services.
