My overall experience has been a good balance of challenging (we ship new products fast) but also energizing. I am at a point of my career where I am intentional about learning the technical side of AI and I am getting a lot of it here. Great company, product and people. The salary is a cherry on top because we get paid a lot higher than similar companies in the space.

Do not join the sales team at this time. The culture is in the toilet. Management is awful. Way too much busy work. Not enough support to help get deals done. Most of the experienced reps are seeing the writing on the wall if they haven't left already. Unless you're using the position to buy time until you find you next job, I don't think joining Amplitude is worth...Read More
