Severe whiplash from chasing shiny objects. Senior leadership has created a culture of yes men. Mid management leaders are thoughtful and do everything they can to block the BS from on high.

Lots of smart, kind people to work with across the GTM organization. Sales org. was plagued by territorial battles and political favoritisms whereby only a few enjoyed the fruits of their (and others) labor. Middle management was powerless to affect change and senior management was pretty set in their ways. Truly unfortunate since it could have been a great company...Read More

Company seems to get in its own way to kill deals more than any external factors. Is a great market fit, they’re just pricing themselves out of a lot of potential market share. Don’t even get started about the renewal policies.
