Former Employee My overall experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Comp is very low, however the RSUs were fairly significant. They give small cash annual raises, but supplement with additional RSUs. If you work there for a long time, you will make money on the stock, but the cash comp is far below industry median for the roles. In order to succeed, you’ll be told you need to be an “Apple person” which generally means fall in line and do things the Apple way. If you see things differently, it could be challenging to work there, which is ironic.
