I only rate incentive structure at 3/5 because I came from a sales background. SDR or AE will have a better money incentive plan than SE - this is expected.

Current Employee3.9Aug 18, 2025It is a great job if you have good leadership, which I do have and the company has. The biggest improvement i could suggest is making sure the folks new to role get time to adjust and learn and solutions are a bit more complicated than I have been used to.
