Direction over the past 12 months has been awful in the SDR org. Leadership has got to be some of the worst in the business. 20% quota increase quarter over quarter while simultaneously taking away avenues to hit targets

Really great welcome into the company. Friendly, intelligent, driven people. Fantastic leadership and communication with teams. Company is doing very exciting things with AI and moving into the service management space. Comp plans are not the most competitive in the market. This will certainly pull off talent.
