Company is doing very exciting things with AI and moving into the service management space. Comp plans are not the most competitive in the market. This will certainly pull off talent.

Current Employee3.9Feb 27, 2024Atlassian is very immature from a sales perspective. It's quite frankly like the wild west where you hear multiple different opinions from different directions in Leadership. Good pay, good benefits, but the culture is strange when you're letting go of top performers.
