Sales org are going through growing pains. Bottleneck for internal mobility opportunities for SDRs wanting to be promoted into AE closing roles. No structured development program for SDRs to gain experience as a closer (either online enablement, training sessions or even shadowing). Atlassian is a great company just not so great being an SDR here who aspires to be an AE.
