Current Employee Good to Very Good, looking at my seven years here. Overall great product, especially when compared against competitors. I have grown professionally and personally during my time here and Avalara supported me through some rocky times. That said, it is time for a change. For my personal and professional growth, Avalara is no longer a good fit. In my current role, Avalara prevents me from provide the full extent of my value. Current Employee Great place to start but upper leadership is minimizing room to grow
