Current Employee2.3Oct 18, 2025The overall experience at Awardco has gotten worse. The leadership doesn’t address any of the concerns employees have. More and more reps are leaving for better opportunities. Leadership talks bad on the people who leave, or who are looking at any other jobs. There are still good things about Awardco, but the culture seems to be declining at least on the sales side.

Leadership is young and VERY clicky with lots of favoritism and "boys club" type vibes. Quota attainment is LOW across the sales floor.
