Current Employee BMC has a fantastic culture. You never feel like you are getting fired for having a bad year as long as you're doing all the right things (PG, meetings, etc.)
Overall compensation is a bit lower than industry standard but that's to be expected at BMC is not a hypergrowth company looking to IPO. Relatively 'safe' place to work as a sales person
