Politics are very bad and make it near impossible to move up especially from BDR role if you aren't in the club. Company split was not good for current employees. Strategic team is only good place to be.

Former Employee2.4May 20, 2024Like most companies, BMC can be great place to work but it really depends on what team you are on and what product you are selling. BMC has 3 pillars and DBA and iZoT do well but it’s tough being on DSOM as ServiceNow really dominates that space
