The experience has been mixed. While I’ve gained exposure to the tech space, the product doesn’t align well with market needs, making it tough to succeed. The partner ecosystem lacks structure, and compensation doesn’t reflect the effort required. I’ve also observed inconsistencies in how promotions are handled, which can be frustrating.

BMC has potential but there are very few leads, and only one product actually sells. Leadership is out of touch, and people are afraid to speak their minds. Some teams do well but most do not. Very few reps hit their number last year and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.
