Extremely rep friendly set up - goals, comp plans, earning potential, etc. Many reps putting up 300% to goal monthly numbers. Comp structure for leaders is a challenge.

There have been highs and lows, but a prevailing factor is the consistency of the organization. The company is at the mercy of the economy as most SaaS companies are. The product is a great fit for the market and they are making improvements constantly.
