The company is at the mercy of the economy as most SaaS companies are. The product is a great fit for the market and they are making improvements constantly. The future looks very bright for BambooHR. I think the next 5 years are going to be e very fruitful but after that they might grow too big to where you are just another cog in wheel and your opinions have no influence.

There have been highs and lows, but a prevailing factor is the consistency of the organization. Culture is good and product market fit is solid. Brand recognition is great. Base comp for an SAE seems a bit low.
