Current Employee The product is great and only continuing to improve and get more competitive. High praise for front-line leaders, they really care about their reps’ development, listen and are willing to go to bat for them, but they made adjustments to how reps are compensated at the beginning of the year and while the structure seems to be more aligned with industry standards, the targets are not at all feasible, at least for SMB and Mid-Market given the average deal size and amount of deals worked, so no one is remotely close to their targets.
This resulted in many veteran reps leaving, so much of the team is new, to be fair, so there’s definitely room for improvement. But the top SMB rep last quarter landed at a little over 60%. Browse Other Reviews
