Inbound leads are slow and I don’t get the feeling that this will improve anytime soon. The SDR organization is mostly busy cherry picking instead of really mapping out accounts and as an AE I am doing a lot of prospecting despite an SDR, Channel partners and marketing. Flagging this with leadership mostly leads to a shrug of the shoulders instead of thinking of a way to improve.

When I began here at BeyondTrust, the whole sales organization was in order and organized. Since the new years and recent inbound / outbound team changes, it has been chaotic and everyone seems to be scrambling for alternate positions.
