Be very thorough when joining this company. GTM leadership does not seem to know what to do with the lack of pipeline, new logo creation or how to position products. Expect zero leads. Middle management does not know what to do with the situation and tells the individual contributors to just work harder. Currently, almost no sales rep is making OTE. Most sales reps that have success have been at the company 3+ years. If you love the risk, if you love building something from absolutely nothing with zero resources: join this company.

Despite great products, middle management and leadership are sweating the assets and making them do more with less. Whilst asking for more from everyone. The things that made this company great are dwindling away.

Great tech stack to enable speed to prospecting. Great onboarding processes to ensure a proper ramp to hit target rather than ramp to get on the phones. Clearer comp plans in 2025, with a clear pathway to achievement. 2025 has given some great sales and leadership training focus to enable success in 2025 and onwards
