Most of the challenges are attributed to AIOps being a new and confusing space for many prospects, but BigPanda is the unquestioned leader in the space.

There are absolutely 0 ways for BDRs to grow into a more meaningful role such as sales, account management, sales engineering etc. Please for your own good avoid it. Good base compensation is not worth it unless you want to be a career BDR. If that’s what you want to be, this is a perfect place for it.
