Current Employee2.0Sep 16, 2023MSE leadership is very passionate about stalling the careers of at least a dozen SDRs since coming to BigPanda. Numerous SDRs have left the company despite hitting quota for two years to find better opportunities elsewhere. Culture is terrible, AE alignment lacks accountability, wouldn’t recommend the SDR role at BigPanda to my worst enemy.
