Loren was hired and he comes off as arrogant and he messed with all the sales como plans. The way our metrics are measured don’t align with our product anymore. I don’t recommend working here. The pay is low.

Former Employee4.0Aug 29, 2025Really enjoyed the team, great people and leadership on the CSM side. Quite a bit of whiplash when it comes to the comp plan. A lot of changes that made it feel like the earning potential became less and less.
