Current Employee BILL was, at one time, one of the best places to work. In fact it won awards based on that very thing.
Now it is a shell of its former self. People are jumping ship and quitting faster than they can hire. This is due to two things in my opinion, poor upper level leadership and poor pay.
The decisions being made do not seem people centered AT ALL. They instead feel like choices to try to appease investors who are overpromised to.
I still think it is the best product in the market for SMBs, but that can only take you so far.
