Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Billtrust at onetime was a great company trending in a positive direction with a meaningful vision. After a failed attempt at going public, culture became more cog in the wheel and direction of product became less competitive in the space. After a sale to an overseas PE firm, the entire orginal leadership is now gone and is now lead by individuals planted by the firm who have little to none experience in the O2C space. Profit is now the biggest driver and customer experience is paying the price. Commissions also get held above head and can become a golden handcuff situation quickly.
