Terrible. A waste of mine and many other sales pros time who joined in good faith during a hiring blitz in early 2025. Fear based based sales org that focuses on mastering disorganization rather than removing road blocks. Multiple C Suite executive firings and yet the head of sales continues to push out and fire anyone that can't keep us with the chaos and keep hiring like a revolving door. Fire drills, public shaming, bullying and other toxic traits are the norm. A great place to build trauma bonds with your colleagues. Almost no inbound demand gen. Marketing team is clueless. Sales Enginers at odds with reps and gatekeeping their selling to preferred reps. Almost no reps making quota in 2025. Avoid!

The company is going through significant amounts of change and maturing as an organization. So, there are stressful moments due to the impacts from leadership and restructuring changes. Overall my experience has not been terrible, but it also has not been exceptional.
