Expectations are extremely high upon starting with minimal resources for pipe growth outside of you and your BDR. Leadership is very misaligned since being acquired by a PE and is greatly out of touch with the market space they best fit and the needs of the customer. Everything is a revenue play which ultimately began to heavily impact the ability for reps to succeed and for customers to want to grow within the solution.
