Current Employee The company has been around for over two decades, and I think there were periods of hypergrowth and deals to go around. Given how specific a solution this product is, many of the "qualified prospects" have either become customers already or have good reason for why they never subscribed. If you work here, you'll quickly see that there is very little you have control over when it comes to your success, for many reasons. However, the main issue with the company is market saturation. Niche products convert well, but after 20 years on the market, their greatest strength eventually becomes their greatest weakness. All the new reps that I've had conversations with regret coming here. Don't listen to their pitch on how successful last year was. They aren't accounting for the many people who left and how different the selling market is this year. The sales environment is very challenging, and there are very few prospects with the qualified volume who are looking to make a change in their accounts receivable (AR) processes right now.
