Products don't work for certain businesses which causes alot of churn and accounts get debooked frequently but the company helps its employees upskill and grow.

The culture has really gone downhill. Only 2 people in the COM segment hit quota and they still do not lower quotas. We continue keep a revolving door of AE's when there is a core of solid AE's that could hit the number but not enough opportunities to go around.

Boiler room setup, ridiculous pyramid commission structure, questionable sales tactics that are forced down your throat and very questionable product.
