Current Employee Lots of senior leadership changes within the sales org. Assigned book of business requires a lot of research to understand who the best accounts are to prospect. Shifting marketing priorities and initiatives that seem to be experimental. Great product and passionate product marketing but very few reps are consistently hitting their targets. Current Employee Less people. Mid market team is down to 8 people down from 30+
