I liked my team but leadership really struggled to manage expectations given by the CEO and it showed. You do not meet your team for the first 3 months of your employment as you participate in one of the most intense onboarding processes ever. Of the 7 people in my onboarding class, I was one of 3 that made it to the end. Then, after 2 months my territory shifted completely and I was given only smaller accounts with no notice.

The culture has really gone downhill. Only 2 people in the COM segment hit quota and they still do not lower quotas. We continue keep a revolving door of AE's when there is a core of solid AE's that could hit the number but not enough opportunities to go around.
