Poor management and training program. Disorganized and communication is terrible. Blackbaud is riding the coattails of past success and is no longer the company it once was. I would not recommend working here.

This is a tough position where you represent many different types of software, there is alot of prospecting, low leads coming in, and high quotas with long sales cycles.

Overall Blackbaud offers fair pay and workload, however the product is one of the most expensive in the market and struggles to compete with new players that can offer lower cost solutions.

Known as a market leader but other small companies are quickly catching up. Great culture in sales org, but leadership is focused on driving revenue and cutting costs. Customers experience this and often lack the support needed - as staff outside of sales are cut, customers bring non-sales issues to sales team.
