An overall exceptional company, with a fantastic culture and amazing Product fit. When promoting internally, they pay significantly less than if you join from another company. In an idea world I would go get other experience at other company, then come back to Box to pick up a higher salary. Overall, I 100% recommend the company to anyone and everyone.

Box has a lot of potential but there is zero leadership in the sales org. Plenty of managers and directors but if you're looking for leadership this is not the place to find it.
