Former Employee I would not recommend joining Box to anyone besides if you need an SDR role. Quota attainment across the entire organization last year was very low. 5% of reps hit quota in the SMB space, with the average attainment around 60%.
There has been a lot of turnover given 1) low quota attainment 2) consistent PIPs to even top reps and 3) culture. The leadership is extremely poor and it starts from the top down. Middle management is unbearable. There is close to no upward mobility as well.
I would stay as far away as possible from this organization.
